He is an admitted attorney, notary, and conveyancer with a Master’s degree in Commercial Law, and the founding director of Chausse Inc t/a RVC Inc. Having built and led multiple businesses, including serving as a director at established law firms, Roman’s focus is on transforming conveyancing through smart systems, strong leadership, and uncompromising standards.
His work centres on removing friction from legal processes, creating certainty for clients, and building teams that execute relentlessly. By aligning people, process, and technology, he designs legal businesses that perform at scale — without losing the human touch.

Shane Baumann
Regional Executive
Shane is an admitted attorney and conveyancer with a Master’s degree in International Law. He has been part of the firm since its incorporation and currently serves as Regional Executive at Chausse Inc t/a RVC Inc.
Prior to joining RVC Inc, Shane held senior operational roles at a renowned law firm, where he assisted in managing a deceased estate conveyancing department and supported the day-to-day operations of the practice. He brings specialised expertise in deceased estate conveyancing, as well as bond registrations and cancellations for major financial institutions.
