The role of the Team Leader / Conveyancer is a multi-faceted position. Not only would the successful candidate be required to manage a team of three to four, including performance and culture, but the Team Leader / Conveyancer would also need strong conveyancing experience, specifically in deceased estates conveyancing. They would also be responsible for reporting and working closely with management.
The ideal candidate must have experience of managing people and cultivating relationships within teams, as well as with clients and service providers. The pursuit of excellence and hard work must be in their DNA, but they will also need leadership skills and empathy to keep building and growing – not only themselves, but also their colleagues.
