    • Mailers, documents, and internal collateral.
  • Adapting and updating existing brand templates and assets.
  • Supporting visual production under guidance of the Marketing Manager.
  • Managing internal mailers and communications (birthdays, announcements, updates).
  • Assisting with internal events such as month-ends, team initiatives, and celebrations.
  • Supporting internal brand engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Assisting with campaign rollouts by preparing and coordinating marketing assets.
  • Supporting events through:
    • Asset ordering and coordination.
    • Setup assistance.
    • Event-related communication and follow-ups.
  • Boosting approved posts on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Monitoring basic engagement metrics and reporting back.
  • Assisting with Google reviews oversight and reminders.
  • Providing day-to-day marketing support across the business.

  • Recently completed or completing a marketing-related degree or diploma.
  • Entry-level candidate with 0–2 years’ experience (graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Exposure to social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Any prior internship, agency or in-house marketing experience would be advantageous.
